Quadratia Investment Partners (QIP) is a property development group that is backed by the financial fortress of the British investment fund M&G Investments, which manages more than 300,000 million euros worth of assets for its clients all over the world, and by the experience and the know-how of the Spanish company Quadratia, which specialises in residential property development.
Our head office is in Alicante, the capital of the Spanish Costa Blanca, and we focus on unique residential property development projects along the Mediterranean coastline.

We choose exceptional locations beside the sea, with spectacular views and close to the best beaches, in established or emerging tourist destinations.

We develop and market Mediterranean style homes, with contemporary designs produced by our own architecture studio Adoras and other architecture studios that have been carefully selected.
